Healthdial Tools

Healthdial provides free health tools, such as the BMI Calculator, Water Intake Calculator, and Fitness Goals Planner, to help you track your wellness. These tools are for general guidance and are not medical advice.

Data Collection:

  • Most tools work on your device only. When you enter details like weight, age, or activity level, calculations happen in your browser. We do not collect, store, or send this information to our servers unless you choose to save results (e.g., through an account, if available).
  • If a tool requires an account to save results, we collect only the data needed, as described in the “User Portal” section above.
  • We may use anonymous analytics (e.g., via cookies) to see how often tools are used, but this doesn’t identify you. See our “Cookies Policy” for more details.

Data Use:

  • Your inputs are used only to show results (e.g., daily water needs or workout plans) on your screen.
  • We do not share tool data with third parties unless required by law or with your consent, as explained in “Information Sharing and Disclosure.”

Your Responsibility:

  • Enter accurate information to get reliable results.
  • Talk to a doctor or healthcare professional via Healthdial for personalized advice, especially if you have health conditions.

Security: Since most tools work client-side, your data stays on your device. For any saved data (if applicable), we follow the security measures in “Data Security.”
